Phra Ajahn Somjit a.k.a Luang Pu Jit
Ajahn Jit is one of the few closer disciples of Luang Pu Up. Even the highly expensive first batch in 2548 were "built" by Him for Luang Pu Up.
This batch is very much collectible as in for worshipping because of a few reasons
First, only about 100pcs were made (I can't remember if it's 99, 100 or 101 😆)
Secondly, I bought in quite a few as it was made for a very good purpose of raising funds for a power generator for the temple as the old one had gave way.
Below is stuffed with much desired ingredients for making of Mae Phim from Luang Pu Up.
I ordered quite a bit so temple actually gave me the choice of whether to have it painted or otherwise, in which I wanted a few "unpainted" pieces.
