Pu Prong is known as a "Seur" in the old days. This term ain't a good one cause if you're deem a Seur, authorities may insert your name under a blacklist entry and in time, a bounty hunter with "special abilities" may take on the task of hunting you down. There's many famous "Tigers" in Thailand where authorities couldn't take down any & Pu Prong is one. These "Tigers" are believe to possess very powerful "wicha" & spells to evade capture every single time.
