Chinese Cabbage with Goji Berries

Ingredients Needed : 

Chinese cabbage 500 grams

Goji berries 20 grams 

Salt 5 grams 

MSG 3 grams 

Vegetarian soup stock

Starch 15 grams

 

Preparation :

Cut and wash the cabbage, soak goji in clean water then wash. Boil the soup stock, add in cabbage and cook till soft then remove and place on plate. 

Put the goji into soup stock, add salt and msg to taste, thicken the soup with starch, add some oil into soup.  Now pour the soup on the cabbage to serve.
